NEW YORK, April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (Pink Sheets: SPNHU) ("SPH") announced today that it has been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). The Company's common units are expected to begin trading when the market opens on April 10, 2012, under the symbol "SPLP."
In conjunction with its NYSE listing, SPH's common units will concurrently cease to be quoted on the over-the-counter (OTC) Pink Sheet markets, where the Company used the ticker symbol "SPNHU." The transition to the NYSE requires no action on the part of SPH's unit holders.
